The program that I found is used as a resource for teachers to show there elementary students a useful and interactive way to use excel in the classroom. This particular example was finding out how many kids in the classroom were left vs. right handed. The students are supposed to perform an activity and then out the information into a grid, and use its funtions to find out the average. This is a very basic way of using excel which is good way to introduce the new program to the students. The students also can make a graph from the information using excel. The website that I found has various of similar exaplmes and resources for teachers to use.

I really like this lesson. It is short and easy. It teaches the students exactly what they need to learn and in a fun way!
